Home Teams are small groups that usually consist of 5-6 families that meet each week for the purpose of edifying and encouraging each other.  Home Teams offer relationships in which mutual encouragement, support, accountability and challenge are found so that spiritual growth will occur.  Home Teams are organized around affinity and geography.  This encourages the groups to become the church-in-action among their communities and circle of friends.  The curricula for some groups is sermon-based and the discussion will be centered on what was heard and how to respond to the morning message.  If your group is doing a sermon based study, and you would like to listen to a sermon again before your meeting, we have provided a link to the Sermons section of our web-site for you.
