Directing Jr. & Sr. High students to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, training them to walk with Him and then equipping them to reach others.

Family Background

Pastor Dave's grandparents began attending First Free in the 1930's.  His father, Dan (mother, Rosie passed away in April 2009) and two older brothers live in the Twin Cities with their families.  Dave grew up in a strong Christian home.  He married Tami (Mohrland) in 1991, whose family also attended First Free.  Dave and Tami have two sons, Jonathan (1997) and Michael (1999).

Greatest Satisfaction

Watching students take what they have heard and learned about Jesus Christ and applying it to all areas of their lives.  Pastor Dave also enjoys seeing students as they begin to understand a biblical truth that they had not known previously.

Greatest Challenge

Realizing that many students and parents will not respond to faith in Jesus Christ.
